Active Templates
Active Templates are special Microsoft Office templates that contain unique embedded
bookmarks to allow Project E-vitaTM to complete details automatically
from data held within the patient record. The user can edit these templates and
create their own documents choosing which fields should be shown where. Ideal for
creating corporate referral letters, admission forms and discharge documentation.
Furthermore the documents based on Active Templates and completed by Project E-vitaTM
can then be dropped onto the DispatchGateTM system and they will automatically
be routed to the correct patient and the correct Episode of Care.
