Electronic Patient Scheduling features of Project E-vitaTM
make it easy for the creation and maintenance of clinic sessions. Quickly see at
a glance, bookings for clinics and free slots available. Add new bookings or cancel
existing ones. Analyse clinic usage and identify waste. Quickly identify repeat
FTA (Failed to Attend) patients.
Patient Scheduling is fully integrated with the Project
E-vitaTM EPR (Electronic Patient Record) system providing seamless transfer
of diary data to the EPR as clinicians carry out consultations with the patients
scheduled for appointments.
Web booking
Project E-vitaTM supports booking of clinic
slots by patients over the world wide web. Booking portals can be quickly added
to your own corporate website giving you the ability to offer your patients the
chance to book their own appointments. All with complete confidentiality.
NEW - Waiting list management
Project E-vitaTM now has functionality added
to manage Waiting Lists and allow direct electronic referring of patients onto a
service waiting list via a web booking system. Patients can be added to lists by
health workers or directly referred in by external Doctors. Patient cases can then
be assessed and either a numerical clinical case weight allocated and / or a text
based category. These categories allow the clinical urgency of cases to be set and
priority given to higher priority list entries.
