Web based technology throughout.

DispatchGate

system for attaching documentation.
All types of documentation can be securely attached to the patients EPR by use of our file transfer system called DispatchGate. This system routes documents to the correct Episode of Care within the patient record. Images (X-rays, CT Scans, MRI Studies), letters, test results and scanned
Cross coding of SNOMED-CT terminology to ICD-10 coding conventions.
Inbuilt tools allow for the assignment of ICD10 Codes to clinic attendances and Inpatient stays and all other patient encounters.

Administration Features
Direct booking into clinics.
Allows for direct access to Patient Clinics with Real time live booking of slots. You can even expose slots to direct booking by patients themselves. Reduces "Did Not Attend" rates by ensuring appointment times are convenient to patients at time of booking.
Direct booking into waiting lists.
Waiting list management system including facility to allow direct booking of patients by external physicians. Allocate numerical clinical weighting on a case by case basis or add a text based case category instead to allow the prioritising of cases.
Recording of Inpatient admissions at multiple hospitals. All admissions whether local to your own facility or at a third party provider can be recorded with full case notes.

Management Features
Three tier structure.
Client/Practice/Branch or Client/Provider/Department allows for multiple international locations of points of care to be incorporated within one logical organisational entity. Data recorded in a department in one country can be made accessible to a healthcare provider in another.
Risk management routines.
The tools provided enable Incidents and Complaints to be recorded within the EPR, yet still managed alongside those not assigned or related to an EPR. Track and manage the progress of the report from instigation through to resolution.
