Project E-vitaTM now has new billing functionality. Billing codes can
be entered against clinical encounters by physicians and default pricing retrieved
automatically from the database. If Billing codes are the same as procedure codes
(For instance like CPT in the USA) then the system automatically prepares billing
based upon the procedure codes already recorded against the clinical encounter.
This new billing data can be printed out as charge sheets and when the upcoming
linkage to Tradingworks accounting is live the billing data will automatically pass
through into the sales ledger accounting and invoicing systems.
